Memorable 1st Anniversary celebration

As planned, we went ahead and celebrated the Ayhudha pooja and our 1st Anniversary of water sports on 27th September 2009. As everything was new to us,There were some hiccups in the arraignment. Just randomly invited villagers for the celebration. But people never complained. In Rural life, people will be waiting for a chance to get together and have some nice time. Its exactly opposite to their urban counter parts !. In cities, people dont really care to attend this kind of get together. There was sea of people for the celebration !. We were overwhelmed seeing the crowd.
Elders, Ladies, children wore colorful dresses and were running around like their own event. Invitees themselves cooked, served and had the food on the river shore. It was awesome to see so many people on the shore, otherwise we can rarely find people in this place.
I will just share some of those joyous moments...
